London knows how to open and close a deal #Olympics
And we thought the Olympic sports were the only things that were going to keep us on the edge of our seats. London’s opening ceremony was, well inneresting. Danny Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire) was the creative brainchild of the events which included the Queen jumping out of a helicopter, a very creepy baby, and actor’s from Harry Potter reciting Shakespeare. But as odd as it was -
– we were completely mesmerized. The closing ceremonies haven’t disappointed either – from The Spice Girls to George Michael to Russell Brand to Beady Eye it’s a non stop musical celebration hailed by taxis and British imagery.
