Do you watch the Novogratz on HGTV? Did you buy their design book “Downtown Chic“? We do and we did. We love this design couple – and their seven kids. How do they do it all? Who knows, but they do. We love how they always seem to combine inexpensive items with pricey pieces. See the recent Long Island beach home they renovated – as only they can.

Love this “Family” rug from CB2 but it would have to be a low traffic area – so much white.
