Malala Yousafzai, Age 17, Wins Nobel Peace Prize

To look at Pakistani teen, Malala Yousafzai, she does not look like a typical 17 year old. Her face reflects a worldliness and self-possession  that seems far greater than her 17 years. Today she won the Nobel Peace Prize for advocating girls’ right to education. Although she has been an advocate for this cause since she was 11, it was in 2012 that she first became known to the world after she was shot by the Taliban over her beliefs. Congratulations Malala!
